Private patio area and BBQ – This is private to the flat but attached to the main garden grounds with no fences. Guests can access all parts of the garden studio. There is a shared courtyard with our family home for access.
Cats, dogs and children use this area.

Blair Castle is about 1.5 hours away. Several good golf courses nearby with Gleneagles 25 minutes drive and St Andrews just over an hour. Great base for Edinburgh, Stirling, Gleneagles, St Andrews, or to stop over heading further north.

We are off the beaten track and are very quiet. We have stabling for 3 horses and grazing with an outdoor school, fields with a few cross country jumps and good hacking.
We are very close to several top quality cross country course and BE events (Gleneagles, Forgandenny, Stratheran Eventing, Foresterseat and Lindores) making this an ideal horse holiday.
